Tell us what happened.
Email support@centgrid.lol. Include your account email, the relevant order ID or pixel coordinates, and screenshots when useful. Never send card details, passwords, verification codes, API keys, or Cognito/Stripe secrets.
Response targets
Safety, compromised-account, and active payment-fraud reports: acknowledge within 24 hours. Login, payment, refund, and closure requests: within two business days. General questions and moderation appeals: within five business days. These are targets, not guarantees.
Content reports
Signed-in users can report a selected pixel from its detail panel. For a larger image, an illegal-content report, or a report you cannot submit while signed in, email support with the exact coordinates or link, why the material is unlawful or prohibited, and your electronic reply address. We acknowledge actionable reports, review them promptly and without arbitrary discrimination, communicate the outcome, and explain restrictions to the affected account when law and safety permit. Affected users may appeal by replying to support. We retain evidence, mask content when appropriate, and record moderation actions without silently deleting provenance.
Copyright notices
Email support with your name and electronic signature; identification of the protected work; the exact Centgrid coordinates or link; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may forward the notice to the affected account and process a legally sufficient counter-notice. Centgrid terminates repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If Eigentic registers a US DMCA designated agent, the registered details will appear here.
Account closure
Open your profile and choose Request account closure. The request signs you out and blocks further purchases. Support then resolves open financial or moderation issues, removes the Cognito profile and private fields, and preserves only legally required records and anonymized public provenance.
